| Mr. Koszulinski has been in the real estate and development business since 1977. He is a graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Environmental and Urban Systems and has also completed numerous courses and seminars relating to the industry. Born in Germany, he maintains a working knowledge of the language and also has a working knowledge of Spanish. A resident of Lee County for over 22 years, he has numerous projects to his credit such as the Tarpon Point Marina, Cape Harbour Marina and boat lock, Camelot Isles Shopping center, the boat lifts, and the North Cape High Tech Vo Tech center, to name a few. He has served on numerous boards such as the Chamber of Commerce, United Way, Chairman of the Horizon Council, and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Salvation Army Advisory Board.
